BreakFEST Music Fastival: A One Day Festival with The Breakfast and Mondo Gecko

Monday, July 5th, 2010

BreakFEST Music Fastival – THIS SATURDAY!

Alright people, here’s the deal. We’ve played a lot of shows, and we’re going to play a ton more, but we can tell you this: this weekend will be very, very special – ’cause it’s BreakFEST time!

4 bands, 2 Gecko sets, camping, great people (seriously we’ve heard from a ton of you and some of our favorite people on the planet are coming to kick it this weekend)… and it’s only $20 in advance!

The Breakfast

www.thebreakfast.org | 2 sets. 9PM – 1AM

Seriously, these guys are the real deal. One of the best live bands out there. Why they aren’t playing Madison Square Garden yet is beyond us.

Mondo Gecko

www.mondogecko.com | 2 sets. 6PM – 9PM

Yeah you know us. We’ve been hard at work. We’ve got a bunch of new music we’ve been working on and a few suprises you probably don’t want to miss… so just get there already! Plus, we’ve got our classic Gecko tie dyes and some amazing new patchwork clothes by Patchwork from Sarah for sale. Only available through your local MG dealer (a.k.a. us).

Tim Palmieri Solo Acoustic

www.timpalmieri.com | 4:15PM – 5:15PM

Tim plays electric guitar for The Breakfast. He also melts face on acoustic guitar. We’re not talking boring singer song writer crap here – we’re talking things like playing every Beatles tune ever written in alphabetical order or this amazing version of Phish’s Reba.

Otis Grove

www.otisgrove.net | 2 Sets. 1PM- 4PM

Don’t be an idiot and show up at 4pm… these guys wail! 3-peace Organ trio from Boston. Great, rippin’ stuff!

About the festival (READ THIS PART!)

The site is located at the end of Lempster Coach Road in beautiful Goshen, NH. At the end of Lempster Coach Road there is a rocky dirt road. It will be marked with balloons. DRIVE UP THIS ROAD VERY VERY SLOWLY OR YOU WILL MESS YOUR CAR UP! You will feel like you are climbing a mountain… and at the top will be BreakFEST and all of your friends waiting for you! Also, camping spots and parking will depend on attendance so we suggest you get there early to get a sweet spot!

BYOB

Bring food because there probably won’t be any food vendors.

Gates are at noon on Saturday. The grounds close at noon on Sunday.

There are outhouses and portajohns, but we’re not sure about running water.
